Carn Dearg Mountaineering Club
The Carn Dearg Mountaineering Club had a very basic website, and managed the bookings of their club hut in a notepad - using pen and paper, and posting keys!
As a committee member, I took over the management of the hut bookings, and built a website, with a bespoke admin system to handle the bookings, and club trips
This makes managing the bookings much easier and less error prone. The system automatically sends out reminders and access details to clubs who have booked the hut, included sending door access codes (we updated the lock too) that are specific to the dates of their booking.
